Service Description

Trauma and PTSD issues respond really well to Rewind Therapy. This usually takes three 90 minute sessions, plus a consultation. Rewind Therapy is particularly effective with cases of trauma as it allows the brain to timestamp the event(s) and free you from real time fight or flight response.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes life gets in the way, but please give me at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling.
