Service Description

Trauma and PTSD issues respond really well to Rewind Therapy. This usually takes three 90 minute sessions, plus a consultation. Rewind Therapy is particularly effective with cases of trauma as it allows the brain to timestamp the event(s) and free you from real time fight or flight response.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes life gets in the way, but please give me at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Please note failure to notify will result in the loss of deposit or that weeks session from a program if relevant .
